Refund will be provided to the mentee in case they redeem a coupon and fail to utilise it due to unavailability of the mentor in One-to-One sessions.

The mode of refund would be- The coupon redeemed will be considered as ‘unredeemed’ because of the unavailability of the Mentor.

The coupons will be refunded within 7 days in case the mentor fails to be available.

In case, the mentee fails to attend the one-to-one session from his/her side due to any sort of problems (personal or impersonal); then NO refund will be provided. The redeemed coupon will be considered as ‘redeemed’.

If your transaction gets failed and the money is deducted from your account, then you will be getting your money back within 7-10 days of deduction according to the guidelines of RazorPay.

As we have already mentioned in our “Terms and Conditions” that we are using RazorPay as our payment gateway.
